If someone uses gel nails, but then takes them off and finds their nails all weak and softer than usual, what is a good way to help restore them?

That happened to me, so I bought Sally Hanson nail growth miracle, and it works it strengthens your nails and grows at the same time. Also Calcium and Vitamin d, drink lots of O.J. or Milk.
