don't use tanning beds; they'll ruin your skin
tanning beds cause that. there's not much you can do unless you want to put tape over your nails while you're in the bed or some thing. that's an issue many women struggle with. although i'm sure you'll get bombarded with women and men saying don't tan don't tan you'll get cancer.
don't wear them.
